Our residential portfolio boasts a collection of apartments to multi level homes. We have furnished homes with audio visuals from the city centre to the beach front. Each of these properties containing their own unique solution.

Sea Point Apartment
THE BRIEF:
The clients wanted to listen to music throughout the apartment and in some areas they wanted it more concentrated. They wanted HD video in all the rooms as well as quality audio in all rooms.
The clients wanted a discrete solution to their audio visual requirements.
OUR SOLUTION:
We installed a Multi room audio system throughout the apartment. This allowed our clients to enjoy multiple music/audio sources throughout their apartment. From listening to their radio station in the kitchen to listening to their iPod in their master bathroom and then watching a movie in Full HD in their bedroom – with cinema sound.
For the main home cinema lounge we used discrete in-wall architectural speakers by Jamo and powered the system with Yamaha’s latest AV receiver.
Throughout the apartment we used the architectural in-ceiling speaker by Jamo with magnetic grills for easy adjustment of technical settings.
We used the award-winning Wireworld HDMI technology to distribute HD signal throughout the apartment as well as all HDMI connections.
The apartment was fitted with Samsung’s Series 7 LED TV’s and supported by motion adjustable wall supports by Vogel’s.
The complete system is controllable via the touch remote system, iRemoteTS from Niles.
