Technical expertise

We set out to understand the technology properly rather than simply supply it — how lighting circuits, control processors, networks, energy systems and batteries actually behave once they are asked to work together in a real, occupied home. That depth is what allows us to design a system around the way a house is lived in, instead of fitting the house around a product. It is also why our work ages well: the details that are invisible on handover day are the ones that matter in year eight.

How early in a project do you bring lighting control into the conversation? Intelligent lighting control lets you design an environment around efficiency, safety and the way people actually live. Specify it once, and it works quietly in the background: đź’ˇArrival: Lights that come on as you walk in, so no more fumbling in the dark. đź’ˇAfter dark: Soft, low-level lighting for midnight trips. đź’ˇSecurity: Outdoor lights that respond to movement, keeping the home safer. đź’ˇEfficiency: Dimming and scheduling that trim the electricity bill without anyone lifting a finger. đź’ˇAtmosphere: Scenes set once and enjoyed every day. For architects and interior designers, lighting control is part of the design brief from the start, not an afterthought. #LightingDesign #IntelligentLighting #Architecture #InteriorDesign #SmartHomes
